Each individual may hold only one neko9 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of pending balances.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on neko9 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion or cryptocurrency transactions are permitted on this platform.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonuses must be used in accordance with the specific offer terms. Misuse of promotions may result in account suspension.
neko9 enforces responsible gaming standards including deposit limits, session controls, and a self-exclusion program. Players showing signs of problem gambling may be placed on mandatory cooling-off periods.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. neko9 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account details.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and neko9 ("neko9", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at neko9.lat. By clicking "I Agree", registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the neko9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.
The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

| "Wagering Requirement" | The total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. |
To be eligible to register and use a neko9 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
neko9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
To access any real-money service on neko9, you must first create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method.
You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform is true, accurate, and up to date. You must promptly notify neko9 of any changes to your registered details by contacting customer support. neko9 is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on neko9. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, neko9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. You agree to notify neko9 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. neko9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
neko9 operates under international Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Verification is required before a Player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at neko9's sole discretion, particularly where unusual account activity is detected.
To complete KYC verification, Players may be required to submit one or more of the following:
neko9 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take longer. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.
neko9 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). No deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency are accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. neko9 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
E-wallet deposits are typically credited to your neko9 Balance within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation. Local bank transfer deposits are credited within 5 to 15 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during public holidays, high-traffic periods such as Idul Fitri or Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), or due to delays on the part of the financial institution.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, neko9 reserves the right to freeze the Account and conduct an investigation before releasing any funds.
neko9 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transaction charges, for which neko9 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name and matching the identity information provided during KYC. neko9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
neko9 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and under 60 minutes for local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) during normal operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside WIB business hours or during peak periods may take up to 24 hours.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
neko9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where reasonable grounds exist to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of this Agreement, or where additional verification is required. neko9 will communicate any such delay to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.
neko9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and major football tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and any specific terms attached to the individual offer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The Player must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as Real-Money Funds.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
neko9 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is identified, neko9 reserves the right to void all bonuses, void associated winnings, and permanently suspend the Account.
neko9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who are mid-offer at the time of a modification will be notified and offered a reasonable opportunity to comply with updated terms.
All games offered on neko9 — including sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot titles, and traditional game categories — operate under specific game rules published within each game's interface or help section. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules govern for that game only.
All neko9 slot games and non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and statistically fair outcomes. Live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live are streamed in real time from professional studio environments and operate under independent third-party fairness certifications.
Odds displayed on the neko9 sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being accepted. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the odds are locked. neko9 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error (e.g., manifestly incorrect odds) or on events whose result has already been determined at the time of placement.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or live betting event, neko9 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Wagers will be refunded to the Player's Balance where a void is declared due to a platform-side error. neko9 is not responsible for malfunctions caused by the Player's own device, network connection, or internet service provider.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on neko9 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without neko9's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neko9 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its Services, including but not limited to:
Where neko9's liability cannot be wholly excluded under mandatory applicable law, neko9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Funds deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
neko9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where neko9 reasonably believes that:
Where an Account is terminated by neko9 for cause, any remaining Real-Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an Account is terminated without cause by neko9, any verified Real-Money Balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination regardless of cause.
neko9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, neko9 will provide notice via the Platform's on-site notification system and/or by email to the address registered on your Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law and the terms of neko9's applicable international operating license. neko9 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform and is not affiliated with or regulated by any Indonesian government gaming authority.
You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the neko9 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. neko9 accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform in breach of their local laws.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with neko9's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by neko9 at the time of the dispute, consistent with its licensing jurisdiction.
